This 220mm blade was forged with three layers, 304 stainless on the outsides, and Apex Ultra carbon steel on the inside. Apex Ultra is an advanced carbon steel with tungsten carbides, it was designed for knife blades and very good edge holding ability.

The handle has a lost wax cast nickel silver bolster and a gorgeous piece of very curly cottonwood that has been stabilized and double dyed.

Comes with a raw poplar saya for transport.
