I’m calling this a honesuke and it would be great for that purpose but it would also excel as a general purpose knife.
The blade is forged from Magnacut stainless steel and the bevels have been stone finished to reveal the beautiful kasumi finish that happens when you forge Magnacut.
The handle is stabilized ash wood and nickel silver and it has an inlay of UV reactive material on either side.
Comes with a fitted poplar saya.
